How does Rally know wait times?

Rally uses crowdsourced data from real people. When users at a venue report their wait time, that report updates in real time for everyone nearby. Reports are location-verified — you have to actually be at the venue to submit one.

What venues does Rally cover?

Rally covers bars, clubs, restaurants, and popular late-night spots near college campuses. Coverage grows as more people in your area start using the app.

How do reports work?

When you arrive at a venue, report how long you waited — or that you walked right in. Your report instantly updates the wait time for that venue, and accepted reports earn you points.

Which campuses does Rally support?

Rally is launching first at the University of Florida, with more campuses coming soon.

Is my data private?

Yes. Rally only collects the data needed to show accurate wait times, and we never sell your personal information. Your location is only shared with friends if you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

I own a venue — how do I manage it on Rally?

The Rally Business app gives venue owners live control of their wait time, hours, specials, and ratings. Visit our Rally Business support page for venue-specific FAQs, or use the contact form below and we'll get your venue set up.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your Profile, and choose delete account. This permanently removes your profile, reports, friendships, and all associated data — it can't be undone.
