How do I claim my venue on Rally?

Download Rally Business, search for your venue (or drop a pin if it isn't listed yet), and tell us your role. You'll complete a quick identity and business verification through Stripe, and our team reviews new claims before approving them.

How do I update my venue's wait time, hours, or specials?

Once your venue is claimed and verified, the Business App gives you live controls to post wait-time updates, hours, and specials. Your updates are labeled as official and are weighted differently from consumer-submitted reports.

What is Rally Visibility?

Rally Visibility is a $39/month subscription that unlocks a verified badge, photos, specials, venue analytics, and eligibility for Featured Bidding. Venues without an active subscription still appear on Rally with a bare listing (name and live wait time only).

What is Featured Bidding?

Featured Bidding is a recurring auction where verified, subscribed venues in the same market bid for a Featured placement. Bidding terms and pricing are shown in the Business App before you commit, and the winning bid is charged automatically to your card on file with Stripe when the auction closes.

How is billing handled?

All billing for Rally Visibility and Featured Bidding is processed by Stripe. We never store your card number. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Business App or through Stripe.

What analytics can I see for my venue?

You can see aggregated consumer interaction data for your venue — impressions, views, wait-time report volume, and conversions — plus individual ratings and written feedback submitted by consumers. We never show you an individual consumer's identity, precise location, email, or date of birth beyond what they choose to include in a rating or review.

How do I delete my operator account?

Open the Business App, go to Settings, and choose delete account. This permanently removes your personal account data and revokes your management access to any venues. Cancel any active Rally Visibility subscription first — deleting your account does not cancel or refund pending charges.
